How to Test Sound Online
Testing your sound online takes about ten seconds. Open this page, make sure your speakers or headphones are plugged in, then click each channel button — Left, Center, Right — one at a time. You will hear a short tone play through that specific speaker. If the tone comes from the correct side, that channel is working. If both speakers play when you click Left or Right, your audio device may be set to mono or your output does not support stereo. No download, no sign-up — just click and listen.
What Makes Our Sound Tester Special
True stereo separation — Left plays only left, right plays only right. No bleed, no cross-talk — real channel isolation using the Web Audio API.
No install, no account — Open the page, click a button, done. Works in any modern browser on any device.
Three channels in one place — Left, Center, and Right — all tested from a single page without switching tools.
100% browser-based — Everything runs locally. No audio data is sent anywhere, no microphone required.
Instant result — You know within one second whether a channel is working or dead.
